As I was travelling from Blois to Paris the station is Paris Austerlitz. The best price for such a stay was Citadines Austerlitz I found the staff very professional the room want I wanted clean the size and well appointed. The location was a pleasent surprise. If in Paris again I would most certainly stay at Citidanes Austerltz. Regards.

The reception staff were great. The young lady (unfortunately I forgot to get her name) was very helpful, knowledgable, friendly and cheerful which made our stay very pleasant. Another lady (older) was also very very helpful even though we had to work hard at understanding each other, she was able to help us with what we needed. It was also very convenient to have the supermarket just around the corner. All in all it was a good experience for my first trip to Paris.
Not really anything I don't like but would have like to be closer to more restaurants.

Friendly staff provided excellent service during my 4-night stay. The room was spacious and clean, delivering comfort with its cozy sofa bed and practical kitchenette. Supermarkets and local bakeries were conveniently nearby for fresh scones. Cleaning only happened weekly, and while the area was peaceful, it lacked some tourist attractions.

There was no staff in the evening and I had problems opening the front door with my key card. The room was clean, but poor. There was a strange smell in the kitchen. One of the two lamps were broken.

Having a good-sized room with a lovely king-size bed. A very pleasant change from pokey hotel rooms with something that might pass as a double bed if you're feeling generous.
The squeaky lift door. A sharp, piercing sound every time the lift door opened, that I could hear all the way up the corridor. I did mention it to a couple of different staff. They said they'd call the engineer, but it didn't get fixed during my stay.

We loved the clean, spacious studio, especially the comfy bed with crisp linen. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for the family, great to enjoy some home-cooked dinners while staying just a short walk from the metro.
My kids wished there was an on-site play area.

Well equipped apartment (kitchenette, hairdryer, iron, TV, stereo cd player..), very helpful staff at reception (mutilingual), acceptable price if taken during promotion, near to metro station.
Street difficult to find, reception closed from 1 to 2 pm and after 6 pm (but you can join them by phone).
